The Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and Dr Anand Deshpande, Founder and Chairperson of the Pune-based technology major Persistent Systems Ltd. have entered into an agreement that will foster policy research on the opportunities and challenges of nano entrepreneurs. This has launched the “deAsra Centre of Excellence in Nano Entrepreneurship” within the Centre for Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Development (CEED) at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics. The deAsra Centre will be exclusively focusing on research, knowledge creation, and dissemination of information related to nano-enterprises in India.
